Koldo Eguren, leader of the Ukan project, has entrusted Difersa & Primavinia with the distribution of his wines in the Galician community.
UKAN is a new project in Rioja Alavesa led by the Eguren Kertudo family.
Koldo Eguren, the fifth generation of the family, leads this project with which he seeks to translate the landscape of Rioja Alavesa into a great wine using what he has learned from previous generations and incorporating the young and contemporary vision he has acquired in his professional career.
It is a small winery that follows the Bordeaux model and focuses on the production of two wines that are produced in limited quantities.
The project's foundation lies in the vineyard, where a tailored and sustainable viticulture is practiced, interpreting each vine individually. This attention to detail extends to the entirely artisanal winemaking process, carried out at their facilities in Laguardia.
