Last Thursday, June 6th, the prestigious Champagne house Laurent-Perrier, in collaboration with Difersa & Primavinia, presented its most representative range of champagnes at the Palacio de la Oliva in Vigo. The event was attended by over seventy guests from the HORECA sector, who deemed it a resounding success.
Attendees were able to sample the entire range of the champagne house, although the presentation of what James Suckling called "the best wine in the world" was particularly noteworthy. This was the Laurent-Perrier Grand Siecle Champagne No. 26 .
In addition to the attendees from the Horeca channel, representatives of local media and authorities were also present.
At the end of the tasting-presentation, attendees were able to enjoy a cocktail prepared by the Galician chef Pepe Solla.
